Back-to-back Formula One constructors’ world champions McLaren unveiled their stunning, all-new car for the 2026 FIA F1 World Championship in a launch event held this evening at Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) in Sakhir and streamed live to tens of thousands of F1 fans watching from around the world.

FP1 will mark the first session of the season at 12:30pm local time (1:30am GMT), while qualifying will get underway on Saturday, March 7 at 4pm local time (5am GMT). Lights out for the first grand prix of the year is at 3pm local time (4am GMT).

McLaren have revealed a striking oneoff black and silver livery for the Barcelona Shakedown, the first major testing session of the 2026 Formula 1 season.

The McLaren Artura Spider MCL39 Championship Edition is hand-painted and signed by Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri.
