Hong Kong 97 was made by a bunch of assholes at a developer called Happy Soft in 1995. If you're curious, and you should be, Happy Soft were a group of home brewers, rather than a "formal" developer.

So if it's not a proper game, so there will never be sales for this game, it's not an offical Nintendo licensed product, no one is going to click that they own it, so why is it on the database?
